As a red blooded American, I know that blood isn’t the only thing flowing through my veins. With heart failure going around like a common STD, our country’s veins are more clogged than the freeway during rush hour. But are we truly the worst offenders? No. Actually we fall all the way down to 19th on the list of nations, when it comes to BMI (body mass index). So who tops the list of fatties? And as an American, the better question is “HOW CAN WE BEAT THEM?!?”.

Now, as you can see it is a little bit biased towards smaller populations, but the information stands. These countries wear the very heavy crown of being the top ten fattest nations in the world.
